How to make your installer download files from a web server?

On the files tab
- Select a file you want to have the installer download
- In that files "File Options" go to the Misc tab
- Click the Download Box
 
On the Options Tab
- Fill in the local directory where you want the program to build your bin files
- Fill in the internet URL of where you will place the bin files
 
 Then just build the installer and upload the bin files to the internet URL you specified.
